The fermenter uses a sterile system to avoid and avoid microbial contamination in the air, greatly extending the shelf life of your product and the purity of the product. We specially plan equipment for sterile breathing or aseptic pressurized fermentation system on the tank. . The tank body is provided with a Milo plate or a labyrinth jacket, and the fermenter can be heated or cooled by circulating heating or cooling. The capacity of the fermenter ranges from 300-15000L to various standards. Fermentation tanks can be divided into biological fermenters, beer cans , wine fermenters, etc. according to the scale of use.

First, fermenter application scale:

Fermentation tanks are widely used in dairy products, beverage bioengineering, pharmaceutical, fine line chemical and other industries. The tank body is provided with interlayer, insulation layer, heating, cooling and heat preservation. The tank body and the upper and lower filling heads (or the prototype) are all processed by spinning R angle. The inner wall of the fermenter is mirror-polished and has no sanitary corners. The fully enclosed planning ensures that the materials are mixed and fermented in a state of no pollution. Air breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes and other equipment.

Second, the protection and maintenance of the fermenter:

1, precision filter, the general application period is one year. Fermentation tanks if the filtration resistance is too large or the filtration is lost to affect the normal production, it needs to be cleaned or replaced (recommended direct replacement, no cleaning, the function of the filter cannot be reliably guaranteed after the cleaning operation).

2. When cleaning the fermenter, please use a soft brush to rinse, do not use a hard scraper to avoid damage to the fermenter surface.

3. The appearance of the fermenter should be checked once a year to ensure normal operation.

4. Electrical equipment such as electrical appliances, appearances, sensors, etc. are prohibited from direct contact with water and steam to avoid moisture.

5. When the equipment is stopped, it should be cleaned and cleaned in time, draining the residual water in the fermenter and each pipeline; loosen the fermenter lid and hand hole screws to avoid long-term deformation of the seal.

6. Carbon steel equipment such as operating platform and constant temperature water tank should be painted regularly (once a year) to avoid rust.

7. Always check the oil level of the reducer. If the oil is not working, add it in time.

8. Replace the reducer lubricant regularly to extend its service life.

9. If the fermenter is not needed for the time being, the fermenter should be empty and drained from the tank and the remaining water in each pipe.
