The plate sterilizer can be used in the aseptic heat treatment system of liquid beverage foods. The high-precision temperature control of the product/water is used. The product is input into the heat exchanger from the balance tank, and the heat is exchanged between the heated part and the sterilized hot material. The temperature of the cold material rises to a predetermined value, and then indirectly heated to 120 ° C by the water heated by the steam, and the material is maintained at the required temperature for a period of time in the temperature maintaining tube for ultra-high temperature sterilization, and after entering the machine from the temperature holding tube The cold material is heat exchanged and then cooled to a predetermined outlet temperature in the cooling section, and the whole process is carried out in a closed state to achieve the purpose of ensuring the biological stability of the material. According to the different process requirements of materials heating, heat preservation and sterilization cooling, the user can design a specific combination system to meet various process requirements.

Rack and drive

The rack consists of 6 racks (1 section of the entrance rack, 1 section of the exit rack, 3 sections of the 3 meter rack, and 1 section of the 2 meter rack). The frame body is provided with a support frame, including a movable frame and a fixed frame.

The driving device has two forms of lifting drive and advancing and retracting drive.

The lifting drive is driven by two hydraulic cylinders at the outlet end of the sterilizer to drive the quenching roller, the wedge plate and the tie rod assembly; the forward and backward driving is driven by the two hydraulic cylinders at the inlet end to drive the quenching roller, the wedge plate and the tie rod assembly.

The two oil cylinders at the outlet end of the sterilizer lift the movable grille to raise the bottle wine, the working stroke is 160mm, and the lifting distance of the bottle wine is 6mm; the two oil cylinders at the inlet end move the bottle to move the bottle, and the working stroke is 120mm, that is, the bottle wine advancement distance is 120mm.

Water tank assembly

The sterilizer has a water tank assembly of 9 water tanks, 10 manifolds, a liquid discharge valve, a cleaning door, a water level indicator, and an overflow pipe. The number of water tanks and manifolds varies with production capacity. The water tank is used for water pumping in the temperature zone. There is a connecting pipe between the water tanks. There is an overflow pipe on the No. 3 water tank. The overflowing water can be discharged therefrom. There is a liquid level gauge on the side of the No. 5 and No. 6 water tanks. When the water level of the water tank is too low, the water pump will stop automatically. Running. Each water tank is equipped with a liquid discharge valve device. When cleaning, the hand ring can be pulled to lift the liquid discharge ball, and the dirty water in the water tank is discharged.

Hydraulic drive system

The hydraulic transmission system is composed of a hydraulic tank device, an intermediate oil pipe device, a lifting oil pipe device, an inlet and outlet oil pipe device and the like.

The hydraulic tank device supplies the required hydraulic power to the sterilizer. The hydraulic oil drives the vane pump by the electric motor, flows to the intermediate oil pipe through the check valve and the overflow valve, and the oil returns to the oil tank through the filter.

The intermediate tubing device is mainly composed of an oil inlet pipe, a return oil pipe, a pipe joint, a pipe clamp, etc., and is a passage through which hydraulic oil flows.

The lift pipe assembly is shown in Figure 4-5. It is mainly composed of two four-way reversing valve 1, a flow distribution plate 2, a one-way throttle valve 3, a diversity flow valve 4 and the like. The two-way four-way reversing valve acts as a reversing action of the lifting and lowering; the function of the one-way throttle valve is to throttle the flow of the hydraulic oil to slow down the descending speed when the movement is downward; the action of the diversity flow valve causes the two sides to move Synchronization is achieved. The hydraulic oil flows into the device through the intermediate oil pipe and enters the lifting cylinder through the reversing valve to push the movable bar to rise and fall.

The inlet and outlet tubing unit is shown in Figure 4-6. It has basically the same composition as the lifting oil pipe device. The difference is that the three-position four-way proportional reversing valve 1 replaces the two-way four-way reversing valve and the one-way throttle valve and the hydraulic control one-way valve are omitted, and the other components are the same. .

Its function is that hydraulic oil flows into the device through the intermediate oil pipe, and is commutated into the horizontal oil cylinder to push the movable grid bar forward or backward.

In and out bottle conveyor

The inlet and outlet conveyor belt of the sterilizer is divided into two layers. Each layer has 4 columns and uses a stainless steel flat chain with a pitch of 38.1 mm. The feeding conveyor belt is generally equipped with a reducer with a motor to drive the upper and lower conveyor belts. The bottle conveyor belt itself has no power and is connected to the workshop conveyor system to transport the sterilized bottle wine from the outlet end of the sterilizer. The movable railing and the travel switch are generally installed on the outer side of the conveyor belt. When the bottle of wine is filled with the conveyor belt and the movable railing is tilted to hit the travel switch, it is automatically stopped immediately to provide safety protection.

Internal and external piping system

The outer pipe of the sterilizer is installed outside the main body of the machine, including a water pump, a heat exchanger, a pipeline, a filter, a steam trap, etc.; the inner pipeline is installed inside and outside the tunnel, including a vertical pipe, a spray square pipe and a pipeline. The inner and outer pipes constitute the spray system of the sterilizer, which allows the spray water to be recycled to save heat and water.
