How to maintain a small fermenter

Small fermenters are a reverberant device widely used in the pharmaceutical profession for microbial growth. In a small fermenter, various microorganisms grow in an appropriate environment, innovating and constituting a fermentation product. Fermentation equipment has been widely used in pharmaceuticals, monosodium glutamate, enzyme preparations, food and other occupations. This type of equipment is used in a standard tank type, with a satisfactory heat exchange area to ensure that the fermentation can be carried out at a temperature suitable for Zui. However, during the long-term operation of the equipment, the small fermenter is damaged due to the change of the stress during the welding of the tank and the pipeline, and the corrosion of the medium. In order to extend the service life of small fermenters, the protection measures are introduced.

Protection of small fermenters:

1. Fermentation tank fine filter, the general application period is half a year. If the filtration resistance is too high or the filtration is lost to affect the normal production, it needs to be cleaned or replaced.

2. When cleaning small fermenters, please use a soft brush to rinse, do not use hard scrapers to avoid damage to the appearance of the fermenter.

3. The appearance of the fermenter supporting equipment should be verified once a year to ensure normal operation.

4. Electrical equipment such as electrical appliances, appearances and sensors of small fermenters are strictly prohibited from directly contacting water and steam to avoid moisture.

5. When the fermenter is stopped, it should be cleaned and cleaned in time, draining the residual water in the fermenter and each pipe; loosen the fermenter lid and hand-hole screws to avoid long-term deformation of the seal.

6. The carbon steel equipment such as the operation channel of the small fermenter and the constant temperature water tank should be painted regularly to avoid rust.

7. Always check the oil level of the reducer. If the lubricating oil is not enough, it needs to be added in time.

8. Replace the reducer lubricant regularly to extend its service life.

9. If the small fermenter is not needed for the time being, the fermenter should be dissipated and drained from the tank and the remaining water in each pipe.
